Incorporating Mystery Hangouts Into The Classroom Mystery Hangouts Into The Classroom

What is a Mystery Hangout?

A Mystery Hangout is a challenging and fun way to introduce students to online collaboration and communication. The two teachers from different locations around to world organise a video meet up for their classes. During the activity students  take turns asking yes/no questions to help them pinpoint the location of the school. During the activity both teachers remain on the sidelines, allowing the students to manage the process themselves. Depending on the grade, teachers can decide if students guess the country, state or even the home town of the school.
